Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

Payment and Billing

Fees for services are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept various forms of payment including insurance, where applicable.
